When your desk can't reach the phone, Auris does.
An AI receptionist for hotels on Apaleo. It answers the calls your team misses, in German and English, and passes anything real to a person.
Submitted for certification on the Apaleo Store.
What changes.
The phone rings while your one person on shift is checking someone in.
The phone rings, your team is busy, and Auris picks up.
By the time they're free, it's stopped.
It answers the guest, quotes a live rate, and sends a booking link before the call would have ended.
Maybe it was a guest asking about a room, maybe they booked somewhere else.
If it’s something only a person should handle, it passes it over with the name and the reason.
You'll never know, because a call that rings out leaves no trace.
Either way, the call doesn't vanish.
The calls you miss are bookings you don't make.
Careful by design.
It only picks up when your team can't.
Auris answers after your desk misses the call, or outside your hours. Your people always get the phone first.
It can't touch anything in your system.
Auris reads from Apaleo, never writes to it. No booking it takes, no change it makes, because it can't make one.
Every caller knows it's not a person.
Auris says it’s an AI at the start of each call, and offers your direct number to anyone who would rather wait for a human.
Nothing is ever recorded.
No audio is kept, only a text note, with personal details removed, deleted after thirty days. German recording law is strict, so we built inside it.
When it's unsure, it stops.
Auris answers only from your own information. It never guesses a price, holds a room, or talks about another guest. If it isn't certain, it hands over.
What it won't do is why you can trust it.
Put Auris on your phone. Stop losing the calls that matter.
Auris is submitted for certification on the Apaleo Store. Get in touch and we'll show you how it handles a real call.
