What owners ask before they book a review.

Where is your team based?

We are an India-based engineering team, working with properties across Germany, the DACH region and the UK. We hold calls in European hours, and we operate to EU data protection standards in everything we build. Location is a fair question, so we answer it plainly rather than dress it up.

Where is our data stored, and who can access it?

Data is processed within the EU where the work requires it, and for anything sensitive we can run the system so your data never leaves your own environment. Access is limited to the engineers doing your work, nobody else.

What will you sign?

A data processing agreement before we begin, along with the standard contractual terms European clients need. We put the data terms in writing first, not as an afterthought once the work has started.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. We build it, you own it, documented and handed over so another engineer could pick it up. Your data is never used for anything but the work you hired us for.

What if we already have a developer?

Then we work with them, not around them. We take the Apaleo-specific work off their plate, or build the part they do not have time for. We're happy to work alongside an in-house team.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within one to two weeks of the first call. We do not take on more than we can do properly, so it is not always immediate, and we tell you honestly when we can begin.

What does this cost?

The setup review is free. Paid work starts from the prices on this page, and we agree a fixed scope before anything begins, so you know the number before we start.

What access do you need?

Read access to your Apaleo property and to the apps connected to it. We ask for nothing that lets us change a rate, a booking or a guest record, and the review never needs it.
